Often the Nursing Supervisor or Hospice Nurse will contact us on your behalf to bring your loved one into our care.


We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will immediately respond.

One of our Funeral Directors will reach out to you using your preferred method of communication (phone call, text, email, etc.) when your loved one has arrived safely into our care and to confirm your selections.

We will collect the information from you for the death certificate.

We will provide you the authorizations required to fulfill your family's wishes.

You will need to provide us with a recent photograph (within 6 months) or opt for visual identification either electronically or in-person.

Once we have filed the Death Certificate and all the required authorizations are complete we will proceed with the arrangements you selected.

There is no normal timeframe, every person - every family is different. The average length of time from the date of passing until disposition is 8-10 days.

We can expedite arrangements to accommodate your wishes or religious beliefs.
